Staying at doubletree by hilton was a treat. The hotel has a retro charm, beautifully refurbished, with a grand lobby that offers plenty of seating. I loved the spacious room, hard to find around here. The super nice team, and the complimentary bottled water was a nice touch. Plus, the location is great-just steps away from a 7/11 for snacks.

Everything was great, including incredibly welcoming staff. The hotel was gorgeous and ideal and in a central location. The restaurant was located within 300 metres. The daily service was unbeatable. We've stayed here before and loved this place...

Overall it was a such wonderful stay by one night. The rooms were stylish and modern and with access to the executive lounge. Also, location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from An 800-Ton Tower.

The hotel features a modern design with a spacious lobby. The Beautiful Hollywood Twin Room offers a comfortable layout with a decent amount of space for a family.
The beds in the Beautiful Hollywood Twin Room reminded me of cheap spring mattresses found in budget hotels, definitely not ideal for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel doesn't store luggage for arrivals more than a day ahead of check-in, which can be a hassle for travelers needing to send bags in advance while exploring. The lack of room service and extra amenities, like fresh bottled water, leaves a sense of bare-bones efficiency without much personal touch.

Breakfast was reasonably good and top quality, I appreciated almost everything.
It was a wonderful stay by one night. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to transport so easy to go anywhere in Japan, in the new area. Kyoto district was worth exploring.

The staff at the reception had difficulties with the billing. Unfortunately not clarified until departure. . Probably an isolated incident, but I spent an hour at the front desk. Everything else could not have been better!

Spacious Rooms with Great Amenities
I was really impressed by the spaciousness of the room and the comfort of the bed. The bathing area was particularly nice, great for a relaxing soak after exploring Kyoto. I also appreciated the laundry facilities, easy to manage my travel clothes. The breakfast selection could have offered more variety in Western options.
